
Adobe Creative Cloud is a set of desktop, web, and mobile applications and services that give licensed users access to a collection of software used for graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography, along with a set of mobile applications and some optional cloud services.

Those with an Ithaca College Adobe Creative Cloud license can access Adobe Creative Cloud through the web. We also recommend downloading the Creative Cloud desktop application first, then installing additional Adobe apps as needed.
Windows 11 and macOS
- Visit https://creativecloud.adobe.com.
- Click Sign In in the top right corner.
- Enter your Ithaca College email address.
- If prompted, select Company or School Account.
- Enter your Ithaca College username and password.
- Click Apps at the top of the Creative Cloud homepage to view available applications.
- If an application is not installed, click Download.
- IT recommends downloading the Creative Cloud desktop app for easy management and access to Adobe apps.
- Click Download under Creative Cloud, click OK to the prompt, then proceed with installation.
iOS and Android
- Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Download the desired Adobe applications.
- Sign in using your Ithaca College username and password.
- Adobe Creative Cloud applications are accessible to students in on-campus computer labs, classrooms, and campus-owned devices.
- Students may purchase a personal subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud for use on personal devices through Adobe's Student Discount Program.
Note: As of September 30, 2025, Ithaca College has transitioned to a named license model for Adobe Creative Cloud. This change is designed to enhance access and ensure the tools provided align with our campus community's needs.
- Faculty and staff who have used Adobe Creative Cloud on college-owned devices since January 2025, or who completed the Adobe Needs Survey in May, have been automatically assigned a license.
- These individuals received a confirmation email on September 30, 2025, and should experience no disruption in access.
- If you did not receive a confirmation email and still require Adobe Creative Cloud, you may request a license through this Service Request: Request Application Licensing & Access
- If Adobe Express meets your creative needs and you no longer require the full Creative Cloud suite, you may reply to your confirmation email to release your license for reallocation or contact the IT Service Desk.
- All faculty and staff now have access to Adobe Express, a web-based design platform ideal for creating presentations, flyers, social media posts, and instructional materials. Learn more at: Article - Adobe Express
- Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat remain available to students, faculty, and staff, in on-campus computer labs, classrooms, and campus-owned devices.
