This service is for printer-related help, with these offerings: 

• Request for Printing Help: This request allows you to seek assistance for instructions on adding and removing a campus printer on a computer, as well as any other printing queries. In case you need any help with faxing, please feel free to use this service to request help.

• Request Printer Move : This request is to move either a network printer or a Toshiba printer. Once the request is received, IT will ensure that the printer is relocated safely and functions correctly in its new location. To ensure proper documentation and maintenance, please provide us with the current location and the intended location of the printer.
